Policies and Etiquette

1. Punctuality

Please, please, please be on time for your appointment. Fabulous lashes take time. I take my time applying all of your lashes and I consider it an art. If you are late, and I am rushed - it will affect your lash application. Appointments are booked in certain time slots for a reason and if you are running late I will not allow it to push my next appointment behind. If you are 10 minutes late for any appointment, it will have to be rescheduled for a later date.

2. Cancellations

I must be notified of cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. The uncertainties of life do happen and I'm very understanding of that, but this is my livelihood and I rely on the income to support myself and my family. Therefore a late cancellation affects not only my business life but also my home life.  If cancellations less than 24 hours - s $30 extra charge will have to be paid on top off the fill price at the time of booking.

3. No Shows

No shows will not be tolerated at lashmeby Nicole. If your a no show to any appointment - a $50.00 non-refundable security deposit will have to be paid to me at the time of booking your next appointment. If no attempt at contacting me is made after the no show - I will not be making appointments with you in the future.

4. Sick

Please reschedule your appointment if you are ill. As much as I love seeing you every few weeks - I cannot afford to get sick. This could lead to my children being sick, which would force me to take even more time off and we all know that's no good for your lashes! If rescheduling your appointment is not an option - please let me know ahead of time so we can take the proper precautions to avoid passing germs.

5. After Care

When you leave lashmeby Nicole your lashes still need to be taken care of every day. I can only do so much at the initial appointment to make sure your lashes last. You must leave with the intentions of cleaning your lashes at LEAST every other day with an oil free cleanser. You must avoid oily make-ups, oily lotions, oily sunscreens, oily cleansers and oily mascaras. Please do not sleep on your face or pick at your lashes. I take great pride in my work, and if you are not taking care of them it represents lashmeby Nicole in a negative way. If you find that your lashes are a little sparse and you're 1-2 weeks away from your next fill - please do not hesitate to book a touch up appointment. I think we can both agree that you would much rather pay for a touch up over the price of a full set. Mascara and oily eye liners on your lashes will no longer be tolerated. Again, I put A LOT of work into your lashes and mascara's and make-ups ruins them. Whether it's the ingredients in your mascara or the removal process, it will effect your lashes life span.
